Windows Cryptographic service provider an error

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are getting windows cryptographic error when trying to sign a pdf in Acrobat Reader, is that correct?

Could you check if an update is available for your signature device? You may also visit the driver manufacturer to check for an updated driver.
