Won't switch A4 paper

Question

I need to print on A4 paper but it will not center on front and back print. Tried tons of setting changes but no luck. Any suggestons? As you can see from the photo it shows 5.5 x 8.5 but also 7.17x10.12?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 21.07.20099 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
