We have a client that is having an issue with converting word files to pdf using the "Create PDF" option under the word file ACROBAT tab. All the redline disappears in the header on every page. The workaround, for now, is to save the word file as pdf by clicking on FILE>SAVE AS>PDF, and saved it on the user's desktop. Any resolution on this "Create PDF" tool?
How do you save the Options with the "Convert Comments" un-checked? I have to go into the Options every time I save a Word document with redlines to PDF.

I've had this problem also. When selecting Save as PDF, at the save window you will see an Options button to the left of Save. Open Options and un-check Convert Comments and the redlines will stay. Not sure why they changed this, there are many, many companies that need to retain redlines.

The solution is to choose "best for printing" option, which does show all the redlines, vs. "best for electronic distribution" which enables hyperlinks, but doesn't show the redlines... sounds like it's an error in Word that should be brought to Microsoft's attention.
