    Hi Alisad,

Based on the issue description mentioned above, Reader says empty page after reading two pages, is that correct?

Please check if an update is pending for Reader- click Check for Updates under Help.

I did the check for updates and it still says wronging empty page.

    Hi Alisad,

That shouldn't be a concern as I tried replicating the issue on Windows 10 machine and it was working without any problem.

Please try changing default voice by going into Edit > Preferences > Reading.

Uncheck the box next to "Use default voice" and select Microsoft Jira Desktop from the drop-down options.

Reboot the machine and try again.

If that doesn't work, disable Protected Mode by clicking on Preferences > Security ( Enhanced ) > uncheck the box Enable Protected Mode at startup.

    Click OK and relaunch Reader.

Please note: Disabling Protected mode is for troubleshooting purpose only. Please turn on the feature once the troubleshooting is complete.
