I am getting this. How do I install on my PC:
The document you are trying to load requires Adobe Reader 8 or Higher. You may not have Adobe Reader installed on your viewing environment may not be properly configured to use adobe reader
For information to install
How do I do this?
What is your installed Reader version?
Are you using a browser that uses its own PDF viewer (Chrome, Firefox) instead of the Adobe PDF plugin?
how can tell that? im a rookie?
What is your operating system?
where can i find that?
Surely you know if you are on a Windows computer or on a Mac.
Yes, LOL windows.
Ok, back to my earlier questions...
What Reader version do you have installed? Open Control Panel, then Programs & Features, under 'Adobe Reader' or 'Acrobat Reader' it should tell you the installed version number.
What browser are you using: Internet Explorer? Firefox? Chrome? Opera? other?
Ok, now let's check if the Adobe PDF Reader plugin is enabled.
On Internet Explorer click Tools, then select Manage Add-ons.
On the Manage Add-ons panel, select Show: All add-ons.
Now, under Adobe Systems, Incorporated, you should see Adobe PDF Reader; does it say Enabled under the Status column?
Your reply is empty!
There was no adobe in that screen.
Are you sure you changed Show: to All add-ons?
Yes...only seeing Canon Inc, Microsoft corporation, microsoft windows third party, no availabe as sections. this is on Explorer. I do also use Chrome on my computer.
That is strange!
Try to repair Adobe Reader: open Reader (from the desktop shortcut), then under the Help menu select Repair Installation.
P.S. make sure that Internet Explorer is closed when you do the repair.
Taking forever after shutdown stuck at 30% updated for a while

Very weird; I have no explanation for this.
