64bit MAPIbroker has stopped responding Server 2012 R2

Hello,
This issue appears on my Server 2012 R2.

This happens to all users working on the server

We are running the latest version of Adobe and  I have checked for updates .

Adobe Reader version: 2020.009.20074

steps to Reproduce:

1) Launch both Outlook and Adobe Reader

2) Open PDF in Adobe Reader

3) Use the Send File button and make sure that Adobe Reader opens a new Email Message in Outlook

4) Close out of the New Message Window, Close out of Adobe Reader

5) Wait a few seconds and the message appears

I saw that the problem had already happened in 2017, but there are no suggestions on how to solve it.

Does anyone else know this error And know how to fix the problem?
