A pdf file is displayed in Internet Explorer. When trying to send a link or copy of the document, IE shows the error message: "A problem with this webpage caused Internet Explorer to close and reopen the tab". This happens only when Outlook is already running. When Outlook is closed, a new email message is opened and it's working fine.
Is this related to the following known issue ? Any solution ? Running the latest version...

Hi Wimkestens,
We're sorry for the trouble you had with Adobe Reader. Are you trying to send the PDF file from IE as an attachment? Would you mind sharing the complete workflow you have when you get the error message and is it possible to share a screenshot of the error?
To share the screenshot, refer to https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot
As the known issue mentioned in the article related to send email Known issues | Adobe Acrobat DC, Reader DC is already reported to the Engineering team and they are working on a resolution on high priority, and the development team will share an update soon.
If the issue is related to the description mentioned in the KB, I will request you to wait for an official announcement from the Development team for the fix.
Thanks for the time and patience thus far.
Regards,
Anand Sri.

Dear,
Thanks for your quick response.
I'm trying to send the PDF file as link (send link) or as attachment (send copy) :
Both actions generate the same error message when outlook is already open :
Currently we have 2 workarounds :
- Download the file and open in adobe reader (if not embedded in IE it works fine)
- Close Outlook first, when Outlook is not open, it works fine.
Best regards,
Wim
