Hi! I'm working of Mac book pro and exporting a file using Indesign CC 2015 and Fusion pro. the file is opened in Adobe Acrobat DC Pro. Open Sans font which is installed and works fine in all adobe programs and Microsoft office, is missing in Acrobat,

and so I get the massage that the font cannot be found and need to be replaced with others. noticed that the problem doesn't happen in same Acrobat version on PC!

Anyone?

Hi ore20302301,

Make sure Acrobat DC is updated to the latest version, check for the updates under the Help menu. In any please install.

Also make sure that the fonts are properly embedded Acrobat Help | PDF fonts‌.

Regards,
Aadesh

I have the most recent update of Acrobat and the font is installed correctly, but it still will not work. Is there any other reason it wouldn't work?
