Hi Huangt,
As per above-mentioned description, Acrobat Reader is crashing when bing dictionary is running, is that correct?
Please try following troubleshooting steps:
1- Reboot the machine if you haven't already and try again.
2- If that doesn't work, repair Reader by clicking "Repair Installation" under Help menu. Once repair is complete, reboot the machine and check again.
Let us know how it goes.

Dear,
I had do what you say,
Update/Repair/Reboot/Re-install. But no improvement.
This is only happened on Windows10 ,basic on Bingdict get-word online enabled.
Not only me ,but also my friends.

Thanks. Could you try disabling protected mode by clicking Edit > Preferences > Security (Enhanced) > uncheck the box next to Enable Protected mode at startup.
Click OK > relaunch Reader and try again.
Please note: Disabling Protected Mode is for troubleshooting purpose only, and not recommended. Please turn the feature back on after troubleshooting is complete.

Try uninstalling Reader using Cleaner tool: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs
Reboot the machine.
Install Reader DC from here: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
Reboot the machine and try again.
Keep us posted with the results.

Could you try installing patch 18.009.20050 for Reader using the following link and see if that resolves the issue?
Reboot the machine once patch is installed and try again.
