I work for a state entity, and we use apps that use reader to view and print pdfs. After the most recent update in August 2020 our employees with reader can no longer print pdfs, but our employees with acrobat can. All drivers are up to date and reader has been uninstalled and reinstalled. I believe the issue must be with the control that is being used to display the PDFs in other programs. This is a COM control that is provided by Adobe. Anyone having this issue? Is there a solution out there?

We are also seeing the same thing. There seems to be something that broke it the latest Windows 10 cumulative update. Our users are seeing this whether or not they're on the latest patch of Reader or not.
