Hello,

I keep trying to open documents but I am constantly getting a message stating "The document you are trying to load requires Adobe Reader 8 or higher. You may not have the Adobe Reader installed or your viewing enviornment may not be properly configured to use Adobe Reader". I went to Adobe.com and updated the latest update for it, im not sure why it is not working.

Are you trying to open the pdf by clicking on a link in a browser? If so, you may have a browser that uses it's own pdf viewer so, right-click the link to the pdf, choose to save it to your computer, open Reader then use File>Open to open the pdf file.
