I'm trying to add a signature to my Adobe account in Adobe Reader DC. I have a PNG of my signature, but when I try to upload it, I can't because uploads are limited to PDF file types (?). There are no other options in the drop-down. This happens whether I go through Preferences or try to sign a document directly. Any guidance on how to upload the PNG of my signature?

Hi Sharla,
There are several methods to apply signature on a document, which one to choose that depends on how the signature files has been set-up or what kind of signature has been requested.
Looking at the screenshot, I believe you have been trying to set-up a signature image for Digital Signature? Or you are just willing to add a signature image to use any time you sign the document?

Hope this helps!
Thanks,
Akanchha

When will this bug be solved? It's still not possible to upload image files. I mean why are your developers not able to fix that within six years?

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.
What happens when you try to upload the image file for signature? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for more clarity. A small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful.
Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat application and the OS you are using? Go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure its updated to the latest version 25.01.20756. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
