Change Page size in a PDF

I am trying to send a book up to be published and in WORD it is 6 x 9. When I converted it to a PDF it changes to 8.5 x 11. How do I make the document in Adobe the same size (6 x 9) as I have it in Word?

I found one answer that has me go to Format>>Page size, but I don't have "Format" anywhere in my menus.

Acrobat Reader can't change the page size.

I was able to change the page size from legal to letter. I did this through the print page. I set up the page as letter size and used the chose the option "Fit to Printable Area". Instead of going to a printer, I sent it to "Adobe PDF" and gave it a new name.
