Ошибка can't create filemapping при запуске Adobe Reader DC

Установил бесплатную версию Adobe Reader DC. При запуске выдаёт ошибку "can't create filemapping". Что делать?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are getting an error "can't create file mapping " after launching Adobe Acrobat Reader on Windows 10 machine, Is that correct?

Please close and quit the Acrobat Reader, then from the task manager, kill all the Adobe Related process.

Use the Acrobat cleaner tool to remove the Reader Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs  Link: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html

Restart the computer, download and install the Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution  Link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
