Error retreiving text while using advanced search and index.

I have several PDFs out of which one of the PDF always gives message "there was an error retrieving text" and I'm unable to use advanced search.

This anomaly is observed only with a set of PDFs, rest other are working fine.

I'm using Adobe reader XI.

Look under File - Properties - Security. Is "Content Copying" set as "Not Allowed"?

I checked PDF properties and "Content Copying" set as "Allowed".

Resolved this issue after removing restriction for protected views.
