HELP WITH brother ql-1110nwb PRINTER

Hi there, i have a brother ql-1110nwb i use adobe to print my shipping labels (pdfs)  but they are printing out blank. I use a mac and all adobe that i am using is up to date... i need help 🙂 i know its not the printer because if i use another program it will work
