HMRC interactive form not working

New Here ,
Mar 15, 2017 Mar 15, 2017

Hello, I am trying to fill in the BOR286 HMRC form:

Import and export: Customs Duty/import VAT relating to imports by post (BOR286) - GOV.UK

It states: This form is interactive (one that you complete on screen) and you must use Adobe Reader to compete it.

However, upon opening this PDF I do not have an option to fill the form, it shows as a flat PDF. I have Windows 10 and the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, v 2015.023.20070

Does the form interact on your computer and which version / software should I use?

Thanks

They stated wrong. There are no form fields in that pdf file.

If I had to guess, it may have had fields at one point then they updated the pdf and either forgot to add the fields or they forgot to update that part of their web page.

You can use the Add Text tool under fill and sign in Acrobat Reader though.

Thank you very much for the prompt reply! Now I know that it is not just me, I will notify HMRC and in the meantime use Add Text tool as you have suggested.
