How to open all Pop-ups which include comment?

I accidentally right-clicked a highlighted section and pressed "Minimize Pop-Ups", then all my pop-up notes went away.

I right-clicked the highlighted text again and pressed "Open All Pop-Ups", but this opened blank popups for every highlight.

But what I want is to open the popups which only include comments, not blank popups!

How to open all Pop-ups which include comment, not blank popups? or close all blank popups?

I found the same question(Adobe Reader Creates Popups for all highlights and spams my document with them ) which has been answered, but the answer was useless.
