On my computer installed Adobe Reader.

But in task manager there are processes with names AGSService.exe and Armsvc.exe.

They are running from folders:

- C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\AdobeGCClient and

- C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\ARM\1.0

What functions does they perform?

If it is not neccesary, how can I uninstall it?

PS. Sorry, I haven't found the suitable section.

Therefore I has written question to this section.

Anyone care to answer this? Still our machines, Adobe, not yours.

ARM is a runtime that is used to support many different apps developed by Adobe and others. You can think of it like Microsoft's Visual C++ runtime - removing may cause failures In unexpected places. Don't know the other. Services are often used to manage updates. I expect multiple entries to support apps and don't lose any sleep.
