I have an error code of 10:10 for Adobe Reader

I have an error code of 10:10 for Adobe Reader and i do not know what's this error code stands for

Does anyone tell me what this error code stands for and the way to solve this problem.

    Hi Zixiang,

    We apologize for the delay in response.

    If you are still experiencing the same problem then, would you please share when exactly you get the error code 10:10?

    If the error message still exist then you may do a clean uninstall of the application using cleaner tool- Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs 

    And download it through- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
