Increase margin of Page down while pressing arrow key down from keyboard

Whenever we press Arrow key up or down from keyboard then certain amount of pdf page move up or down. Can we increase or decrase that margin of page move up or down ?

I have 2 server machines and in one machine more margin of page moving down while presssing arrow down key but in another machine very less margin of page moving down while pressing arrow down key.

I want similar behavior in both machines like same page should open if i am pressing arrow key down in both machines.
