Internal cryptographic library error, Error Code 0x2719

I'm trying to create a digitial ID in Acrobat Reader DC ver. 2019.010.20098 (OS is latest up to date version of Windows 10) and getting the above error. Help/ideas?

Thanks for your reply.  I resolved this by creating my digital ID on another computer and copying it to the Adobe security folder on the problem machine.  After restarting Reader, it reinstalled Reader and now everythig works fine.  Doesn't explain the root of the original problem but has solved it.

We're sorry for the trouble, Do you use a smart card that has your signing credential and trying to create a Digital ID? If yes, check for an updated driver for your signature device or driver manufacturer for an updated driver.

Make sure you are using a supported digital signature Security and digital signatures | Adobe Acrobat Developer Center

About certificate signatures in Adobe Acrobat
