No Barcode - Windows

Filling out Canada visa tourist form.

When pressing 'validate' button, form validates ok,  HOWEVER:

Adobe will not generate the barcodes required.

Form is rejected by Canada website.

Tried using the MAC fix of downgrading to previous version of Adobe Acrobat- No joy.

Wants serial number.  Can not finish install.

Canada website says to upgrade to latest version of Adobe- I have- DC.

(it is what I was originally using in the first place.)  I have run the Adobe upgrader.- No Joy.

I have completely deleted and reinstalled Adobe- No Joy.

My Java is up-to-date.

Absolutely at my wits end.

Try installing the earlier version of Reader, not of Acrobat. You can get Reader XI from here:

I had to completely uninstall my adobe products, then re-install Reader.  It finally WORKED.

Canada Visitor Visa form file (validated w/barcode) was accepted by their system.

I have the same issue, just I have Windows 10 Pro. 

I erased my adove and installed the reader on your link, but barcodes still do not appear

Downloaded and freshly installed Adobe Acrobat Reader from the link
File name is same as IMM5257B_1.pdf
File is validated but no bar codes are shown.
