Out of focus/ Not readable document

Hello,

I have a issue with displaying a document in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. As you see in the print screen the document is very unclear, I cant read anything. How can I solve this problem? I already looked for updates.

Thank you for your support. I think it is working now. I have reinstalled the program (for the 4th time) and I think that it is working now. The problem wasnt opening a file on the web, but when I downloaded the file on my laptop and opened it in Adobe. But it is probably solved now.
