Update: AdbeRdrUpd11021.msp and AdbeRdrUpd11021_MUI.msp
Error: The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer Service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch.
The same error occurs with either patch.
We use the Adobe Customization Wizard to create an installation package for a number of PC's with all the desired settings.
Ever since 11.0.14 there have been no incremental updates (AdbeRdr11014_INCR.msp) on the FTP site as they now only have cumulatives. This is a problem because I have hundreds of PC's to update. I have had to create a delete and install job with 11.0.20 slipstreamed into the installer package.
I don't want to have to completely delete and reinstall Adobe Reader for hundreds of computers yet again so I would prefer a way for the the patch update to work.
