Patch Update Version 2017.009.20044 stucking at "optimizing performance"

I have a Windows 10 Client and installed the following Products:

1. Adobe Reader DC MUI
2. Adobe Reader DC MUI Patch Version 2015.023.20053
3. Adobe Reader DC Extended Asian Language FontPack

It works fine and I tried to install the newest Update Patch: Adobe Reader DC MUI Update 2017.009.20044

It stucks at the part with Status: Optimizing Performance Completed 0% of process.

The Process in Taskmanager Windows Installer 32 Bit has constant 31% cpu usage.

I tried the cleaner, uninstalled all with it and reinstalled 1.-3. and tried again this scenario. Same problem.
