Re: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Crashing

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about the frustrating experience and thanks for reporting the issue with latest patch. You have mentioned about experiencing the crash issue on both the computers. I believe its a specific PDF file that you have been accessing on both the system via Document Cloud storage?

It could be a file specific issue, so you may test it with a different pdf and see if it crashes again.

We would like to check the file at our end. Please do share it via email shared in the private message with you.

We would be looking forward for an update from your.

Thanks,

Akanchha

After I submitted the original question, I tried to use Fill & Sign using a Macbook Air.  It worked.  In the several days since then, I have edited to file repeatedly and the problem has not recurred even using Windows 10 machines.

I did not try either the tips or the cleaner tool since I could not replicate the problem.

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Reader on a MacBook Pro utilizing mac OS Sierra V. 10.12.6 and it keeps crashing on me.

I can see the text that I want to access, and then it simply crashes again and again.  I've confirmed that my internet connection is up and running.

It just provides a dialogue box that says, "Sorry, something went wrong".  Not very helpful and not proving itself to be worth the $15/month. Would appreciate any helpful guidance.
