Hi there,
I'm a junior administrator at a small company and we're running into issues with a certain user when it comes to opening a file. There are some certificates involved but unfortunately, I cannot give much details as we're working with confidential documents and systems.

My question is as I saw a lot of times that in order to receive help you need to provide the dump file to the support. Now I can obviously not do that and we're trying to figure out how to read the dump files ourselves but tbh, we're hitting a wall here.
Currently we're using the WinDbg tool as we also have limitations on what tools we can use.
The user's system is a windows 10, build 1909, Acrobat version is the newest one.

Is there anyone who could maybe advise us on how to get the right info out of that?
Cheers

A.
