I believe I have installed the lastest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. And I have read other similar question but I can't install the links stated in the answer. "A user is running an instance of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC in Acrobat Reader. Please quit Acrobat Reader before continuing with this instalI" has popped up during my installation. Thank you.

Use task manager, look under details, and kill all Acrord32 processes. Also all browsers and everything else Except the installer.

Hi Kakik,

In Mac, you can check the Activity Monitor. Go to Applications > Activity Monitor.

In Activity Monitor, check the list and if you find any Acrobat Reader process, quit it.

After that try to reboot the Mac and then try installing again.

Let us know if you experience any issue.

Regards,

Meenakshi
