I have subscribed for Adobe Acrobat Premium but I am not able to use the features such edit, organise pages etc. It keeps on showing “ Purchase complete - Waiting for feature activation”. Moreover when I sign into my account, the icon shows me as a Free User whereas I am a paid user. Please resolve immediately as my urgent works are held up.
