Why is there no Tabloid (11x17) option?

So I'm using Acrobat Reader DC on my PC and trying to print to my Epson WF-7620. The files that were sent to me are plans for work that I need to print out. They were sent as 11"x17". I have my 11x17 paper loaded in tray 2 and selected on my printer, but when I select print on my PC, the only options are to print 4x6, 3.5x5, A4, Letter, or Postcard from tray 1. Under "Page Setup>Paper Source" my only option is "Automatic" - I can't set it to tray 2 (and tray 1 doesn't hold 11x17). I've made sure everything is up to date, I've restarted all systems. I've tried the "Choose paper source by PDF page size" selected and deselected, I've tried Poster, I've tried to change the "Properties>Advanced>Paper Size" options, but there is no 11x17 anywhere. I desperately need to print these plans and now I'm going to have to pay to have them outsourced to a printing company. Where did the Tabloid option go? HELP!!!!!!!

Hi,

The settings to select Tabloid paper type is under Properties of the printer. If you are not getting that option with Acrobat in that case you need to install the PostScript drivers for the printer. Please check with with Epson for the complete driver package and with its installation it should work.

Thanks,

Abhishek

Thanks Abhishek,

I dumped the printer from my computer and went to the Epson site and reinstalled all the updated drivers and now it seems to be working!
