Acrobat Pro Installation Problem

I recently purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro DC ( Order Number: 12152877759 ) for MAC. I followed the steps to download the program. When I reached to Serial Number page in the installation steps, a yellow massage appear  on the top of the page with : "We are unable to validate the serial number of Adobe Acrobat. Pls contact Customer Service" even before I enter the serial number. When I entered the number sent by the receipt email, the same massage sill on the top of the page without any progress.

I tried many times to uninstall all the related acrobat folders, restart the system & download the program from link Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X ​  But Same Problem was Repeated. I mentioned this problem from yesterday & had been connected with meenakshin83966505 Employee all day long without any solution progress & it end up with this massage (If you still get error message, you need to Contact Customer Care. Sign in with your Adobe ID and then select your product from the list. Then select chat option under "Still need help?Contact us").

I really don't know what to do with this problem. I paid 450 US$ & can not use the program for unknown problem!

Pls. guide how to solve it & make the program work. Fast action is highly appreciated.

My friend, the error massage "We are unable to validate the serial number of Adobe Acrobat. Pls contact Customer Service" is there before even I enter the number!!!

Pls do not refer me to an articles that will not help. I need a steps 1,2,3 .... to solve the problem.

I'd been in this hassles since yesterday without any useful help!

Hi ,

Would request you to please check after turning off Firewall & security services (if they are active)

Also would request you  to please check with the different user account with Admin Rights to replicate the issue .

hi,

It looks like you got the Acrobat Classic serial number and you are trying to run in on a Acrobat Continuous installation. can you try the following:

- Uninstall any existing Acrobat Pro DC from the system.

- Download Acrobat Pro Classic bits from: Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X  (Acrobat PRO DC installer under heading 'Acrobat DC serial number')

- During the installation, when it asks for either installing in 'trials' or having serial number,  select the serial number option and provide the serial number which you got earlier. Proceed.

- Launch Acrobat and Sign in with an valid Adobe ID.

Does it work? If not, do you get the same error as earlier?

Hi Reda,

Can you quickly check on the machine that what happens if you access the following URL from the browser:

https://lm.licenses.adobe.com/aes/status.jsp

Your log indicate that the machine is not able to reach the Adobe servers, due to which serial number validation is failing.
