hi I purchased Acrobat Pro a few years ago. now i switched from pc to mac but can't seem to reinstall Acrobat Pro. Can download the program but serial number is not recognized. Can I still use my purchased Acrobat Pro on my mac?

probably not.

you would need a platform swap (Exchange an Adobe product for a different language or platform version) but that's only supported for the latest adobe versions.

you can get upgrade pricing and swap platforms, or use a subscription to acrobat dc and use on both platforms.
