Just downloaded trail subscription to Pro DC. (Am a registered user of Pro) and I am trying to scan to my Brothers Printer/Scanner. Program acts like it is scanning but nothing is happening.
I have been having issues from time to time with scanning to by Brothers MFC8890DW. I have been using Adobe Pro XI and decided to try DC for several reasons, one of which was to see if my scanning issue would be resolved by the new software. Instead, I have a bigger issue, the software "thinks" it is scanning but nothing happens. My problem with XI had been that the software would sometimes stop in midscan, saying adobe had encountered a problem and needed to close.
I am using a wireless connection. The print function is working, the issue appears to be scan only.
I was also surprised that Adobe indicates phone support is not available for Pro DC, which doesn't make sense to me.
