Document Generator API Timeout

Hi, I am attempting to use the Adobe Document Generation API via the Postman Collection. After succesfully generating my access token, uploading the presigned URL, submitting my document, inputing the required JSON data, and finally performing the POST to generate my document, I am met with a status of "in-progress" for ~10 minutes before being met with a timeout response. 

Do you have any advice about what could be causing this or how I may be able to debug it? 

The .docx file I am using is quite large but I dont beleieve it exceeds the file size. It has been brought to my attention that the document may contain some old tags from the tool Seismic (which works similarly to Adobe's Document Generator). Could that be causing the problem?
