Is Adobe Embed API HIPAA compliance?

Couple of years back this was not HIPAA compliance. But I see adobe has done some changes in that area, from the below url. Is it HIPAA compliance now, does Adobe sign Business Associate Agreement ?

Adobe Embed API does not store any data to Adobe's cloud so it doesn't fall under the HIPPA regulations. It is a completely client-side PDF viewer.

We have another question, we are also looking into the API to create HTML to PDF files.  This data will be processed by Adobe correct ? Can you please let us know what we have to do to get a BAA going for this. Thank you !

Currently, the Acrobat Services are not HIPPA-Ready. While we are SOC-2 compliant, which gets us most of the way there, we are still working on getting our HIPPA-Ready certification, which involves a bunch of non-technical stuff in addition to the code. Unfortunately, I don't have a timeline for you.
