We are currently testing 'Adobe PDF Services API' with 'Power Automate' to convert PDF files (containing text in Italian) to Word, and the conversion is working correctly.
The issue is that for some PDF files, the text is converted properly, however all the words with accents are converted without accents (e.g., "nonché" becomes "nonche").
It seems like the converter fails to recognize that the text is in Italian, or that does't support words with accents of all kind.
We tried to use the Adobe Web Page converter, with the same PDF file and the problem still persist, however with third party converters, found online, the convertion works correctly.
It's this a know issue? Can you help us? What can we do?
