Hi all,
I have been trying to reach out to Developer Sales for more than a month now. Our company is currently developing an application that requires the utilization of Adobe PDF Services API .NET SDK for searching and indexing use cases. Currently, we are using the 500 transactions/month free tier because the said application is still in development, yet we need to get the enterprise pricing so we can publish it to Production. We intended to use this application for internal only. Our company processes an average of 3-5 million documents per month.
I already submitted the contact form, yet, no response. I keep sending the form once a week. I even tried reaching out to an authorized reseller yet they offered me an Adobe Acrobat Pro license. The same was offered to me when I reached out to a Sales Agent in Adobe Chat.
Can anyone help me? I understand that Adobe PDF Services API Enterprise pricing can only be obtained via direct purchase from Adobe (ETLA).

Hi,
we are in the same situation, trying to switch from a competitor to Adobe PDF Services for our PDF generation.
We tried the sales form several times, but to no avail.

Same problem, we asked their team for more information and they sent me a link to buy their product but when I clicked it said they didn't offer this service right now...

To everyone in this thread - I apologize. Please email me directly at jedimaster@adobe.com and I'll nag the right people. Please also (when you email me), let me know roughly when you filled out the form.

Can I also ask you to nag the people that came up with the idea to have paid plans start at 50k transactions a year? Anything between 6k and 50k is simply impossible (or is having multiple free accounts and rotate them allowed). I'm trying to understand the rationale here. I understand transaction price could be higher and go down with higher volume, but simply excluding a large group of smaller customers baffles me.

I've got no say in that area. I do know we've got management monitoring this thread, so they see your issue, that's about the best I can say.

Wait WHAT!!! so there is no pay-per-use option anymore? and the minimum is 50k transactions? what if you are currently doing 1k a month? is there nothing available in that bracket?

This is unbelievable. I have spent hours trying to reach the sales team. The person who contacted me didn't know much about the PDF Services API and she sent me to a page to look for resellers for an Acrobat License. Only in this forum have I found useful information.
My case is the same; I'm not going to use the 50k and I can't afford that plan yet. How can we get in touch with the team responsible for the pricing to get a reasonable plan?

Can anyone clarify what the cost is for 50K transactions?
