Hello!

We have been using Adobe API services with Power Automate at our org happily for the last year. In January, our credentials expired so we generated new ones on the project and we've hit our 500 item limit and it's causing issues.

I have asked for sales to reach out and I've submitted a technical request form but I have not had either acknowledged or returned. We're a bit dead in the water. Is there any way for us to hook up our AWS payments with our services again so we can get rid of this iterruption?

Thanks in advanced for any advice.

AWS isn't supported as a payment option. Were you using pay as you go? If so, that was deprecated a while ago and you should have gotten multiple emails about that. If you have a sales contract, you should have a contact - have you tried them?

Thank you - we were using pay-as-you-go. I didn't get emails, but I will check in with the team to see. Thanks for the quick response.

Hi, checking in on this, are you ok now? If not, do you mind emailing me (jedimaster@adobe.com) directly please?

Sorry no. I don't do a lot of work with Sign. I believe there may be forums for Sign though - check there?
