Acrobat / Accessibility / English to French / Alt / Tags / not reading

Hello, wondering if you guys can help me with this problem I am having.

This is unique problem I am having, My ALT TAGS in Acrobat is reading in English, but My language settings are set to French.

Is their a way so my Alt tags in Acrobat reads in FRENCH in NVDA. What cause this

Can someone make me a To do list to accomplish this certain task.

If I had to do it, I have a script INDESIGN that transform the language to french.

But in this certain case, its not and option. Can we work in Acrobat to make the ALT TAGS read in french.

HOPe somebody can help me out, as this community help me out so much in other situations!
