If you are experiencing a crash issue with Acrobat during launch, please try the below-mentioned solution:
- Update the Creative Cloud Desktop app to the latest version 5.4.1.534 and ensure it starts running.
- Create feature lockdown key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown
bDisableFrequentSignInWorkflow REG_DWORD 0
Or
- Reinstall Acrobat - You can un-install the Acrobat version and get back to the older version (21.001.20145) using the Creative Cloud Desktop app or through this URL: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/download-install-acrobat-subscription.html
