Acrobat DC multiple licenses

Hi!

Sorry if this has been answered before. I tried to search for a fulfilling answer but couldn't find any.

I work at a school. We have the creative cloud for education. We are limited to only two users at the time. Some of my colleagues only needs access to Acrobat Pro DC. I'm wondering what's the best solution for us... Should I just buy more licenses as a one time purchase or is there a way to add more licenses for just DC pro to my existing license?

I don't know what license you purchased, so I will answer for just one case, the "retail license".

The retail license is very limited. One person, two machines used by that one person. (THIS IS NOT FOR TWO PEOPLE, THAT WOULD BE A LICENSE VIOLATION).

If you want to work with retail licenses, each one needs a different Adobe ID. The user needs to know their Adobe ID and password. This quickly because unmanageable because IT typically also wants to know the password, but the user will be prompted to change it sometimes.

Instead I suggest you look at volume licensing.
