Acrobat Pro 2020 Classic Track - Low Resolution Interface on Retina Macbook Pro

I was hoping to get some troubleshooting help with my copy of Acrobat Pro.

I previously used the 2015 version of Acrobat Pro on my Retina Macbook and it had no issues displaying everything at a high DPI.

I've tried adjusting the Resolution in "Preferences" > "Page Display", and no luck. That didn't fix the issue.

I wouldn't expect the 2020 copy to not support Retina display...

For reference, I'm currently using Big Sur as my OS.
