We have Adobe X Standard installed on one of are machines, however we need it moved to a new machine. I have yet to uninstall it but plan too, first, where do i find the download URL for it? This was a CD, so we dont have a web login to download.

Second, how do i get the serial number for it? I tried the serial finder programs and it retrieved it, however i cannot test it as i cant find the right download to install. Please help

If you don't have the serial number, can't find the installer CD, and never registered the product under your Adobe account, then you've lost your license, which isn't that much of a loss anyway since it's an old and unsupported version.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. As described above you want to download the Acrobat X on a new computer.

Adobe Acrobat X is an old application and no longer supported. The security and update patches are not available anymore. For more information please use the help article here (https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/end-of-support-acrobat-x-reader-x.html)

However, you may refer to a similar discussion here (https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/download-an-old-version-acrobat-x-pro/td-p/10402921) and see if the suggestions work.
