Acrobat XI Pro upgrade requests serial number

Of course, I don't have the serial number.

How do I get it from my Acrobat X version

Architecture: i386

Build: 10.1.9.22

AGM: 4.21.28

CoolType: 5.8.124

JP2K: 2.0.0.32118

ADM: 10.01x22

HELP!

In case , yu are still unable to find your serial number and you have a valid Proof of Purchase , you can follow this link to do a chat with an Adobe Representative:-
