Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional Updates [Acrobat 8 is dead]

I am trying to update my Acrobat 8 Professional version 8.0.0 to i think 8.3 to get the bug fixes but the software will not update via the application menu and the Adobe site is not showing the Acrobat 8 Professional updates. How can I do update the software? I have the serial number if needed.

i believe these are sequential (not rollup) updates.

Just wiped my hard disk and reinstalling everything. Then reloaded Acrobat Pro 8.0 from CD. When I try and run the first Acrobat Pro 8.0 update from this site (AcroProUpd810_aef), I get an 'Update failed' message, saying the 'application has been modified since it was originally installed....'. Any ideas? Macbook Pro early 2015 OS10.13.6
