Question

Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional

I Am Working With Acrobat 8 Professional and It Has Stopped Creating PDF's. My Solution Was To Re-Download The Program, However, Since The Adobe WEB Site Has Transformed and Everything Is Now Cloud Based, My Account Has No History or Capability For Downloading The SW Again.

I Had Done This In the Past, Also I've Not Found Any Phone Contact Info For Support.

Help, I Need To Get Acrobat Working Again.

Please Advise

Thank you,

I strongly tecommend that this time you KEEP the installer. Adobe won't keep offering this. Don't just keep it on your computer of course, but make a CD or whatever. And write your serial number in it. Also keep the 8.1 fix download, needed to work on 64 but systems.  Don't upgrade beyond Windows 7 though!

Downloadable installation files available:

Download and installation help for Adobe links

Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.
