We have a Adobe Acrobat 8 standard. When i try to activate, Acrobat was not activated and says there is no internet connection. But in my laptop there is a internet connection.. Pls help me to activate the product.

uninstall acrobat (using the uninstaller)
if wndows, clean per Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs
restart your computer
install the swapped version
