ADOBE ACROBAT 9 - serial number

Good afternoon, I am working for years with ADOBE Acrobat 9 Standard. I bought it from CANON Spain: ACROBAT STD 9W, 2711B088 for EUR 334,90, invoice number 10/20/2009/285808. I have had problems with the program and so i tried with repair option, doesent work, and than I desinstall to install again. It is asking me a serial number to install it again but I do not have one. Could you give me the details please? Do exist a register of that numbers? What can I do? CANON Spain said that they can not help. I have invoice and original CD available. I can send you a copy. Thank you very much for your help.

Hello Beatev,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. As per the description above, you are not able to install and activate the Acrobat Standard 9 as it's asking for a  Serial number, but you don't have the serial number, Is that correct?

The record shows that no Acrobat Standard 9 product is registered on your Adobe ID as you have not registered the product online through your Adobe ID.

Check the sticker on the back of the CD/DVD case for the "Serial key".

I will suggest contacting  the Adobe support team on  Contact Customer Care  so that they can provide a personalized experience to resolve and locate the issue surrounding your Serial number.
