Adobe Acrobat Blue Certified by adobe sign ribbon disappearing

I sent documents to a client to sign. They signed them and returned them to me and I see the blue ribbon on the top that says Ceritifed by Adobe sign. I now need to send this file to someone and have that certifcation stay on the document. However when I save the pdf it gets rid of it and the email option is greyed out in the top right.
